Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Finassio collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the finassio.com website and the Finassio Lite app. Finassio is a product of Solvius Tech (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at support@finassio.com.
The short version
- Finassio Lite stores your financial information on your phone. We don’t receive it.
- We never ask for your bank login and we never move your money.
- If you give us your email address, we use it only to send you Finassio news, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- We don’t sell your personal information.
Finassio Lite (the app)
Information you enter
Balances, income, expenses, budgets and other entries are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us. If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app shows reminders about your own entries, such as when your balance is projected to run low. These are created on your phone. We may also send occasional announcements about Finassio. To deliver these, your device is given a notification token by Apple or Google, which our notification service uses to send them. The token doesn’t identify you by name. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone’s settings.
Announcements
The app checks finassio.com from time to time for announcements, such as news or offers. Like any website visit, this request reaches our web host, which may log basic technical details such as your IP address.
Feedback and support
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use it only to reply and improve Finassio.
Email signup
If you join our waitlist, on this website or in the app, we collect your email address. We use Brevo to store the list and send emails. You confirm your signup by email, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
This website
finassio.com is hosted by Hostinger. Like most websites, the server keeps basic logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. The site loads its font from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google. We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the services we use to run Finassio: Hostinger (website hosting), Brevo (email), and Apple or Google (notifications and app stores). They process it on our behalf. We don’t sell or rent personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@finassio.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Finassio is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we’ll let you know in the app or by email.
